Every Tuesday starting 18th May at 18.00 - 19.00pm

These sessions are online drop-in weekly group sessions.  Bringing mindfulness meditation, movement and sound approaches to you, helping you to relax the mind, release tension and find inner calm after a hard day 

Available for complete beginners and those who have attended a mindfulness course and would like to continue their practice. 

£5 per session - Pay as you go.
