Clinical Hypnotherapy & MIndfulness 1-2-1 SESSIONS - £55 PER SESSION (50-60 MINS)

1-2-1 sessions are bespoke to you.  Combination of different theraputic approaches and techniques, including, Solution Focussed Counscelling, NLP, Cognitive Behaviour, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Compassion Focused therapy, along with Mindfulness movement and Sound therapy.  Sessions for individuals are generally 50-60 minutes long with the intital consultation being 90 minutes.

Mindfulness DROP-IN WEEKLY - £5 PER SESSION (60 MINS)

These sessions are drop-in weekly group sessions.  Bringing mindfulness meditation, movement and sound approaches to you, helping you to relax the mind, release tension and find inner calm after a hard day or if you prefer, reboot, focus and rehjuvinate oneself before the day ahead. 

Available for those who have attended an 8 week course and would like to continue their practice as well as complete beginners.  These sessions are currently running at various times and days, online via zoom.  Pay as you go.  To book please contact me on the details below.

Mindfulness GROUP 8 WEEK PROGRAMME - £175 FULL COURSE

This accredited Mindfulness Now stress reduction course is a fusion of the classic MBSR and MBCT courses and has been found to be effective as a treatment for stress, depression and anxiety. This course has a main emphasis around self-enquiry from a practical perspective as well as neurological. Dates of the next 8 week course will be available soon.
