1-2-1 sessions are bespoke to you. Combination of different theraputic approaches and techniques, including, Solution Focussed Counscelling, NLP, Cognitive Behaviour, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Compassion Focused therapy, along with Mindfulness movement and Sound therapy. Sessions for individuals are generally 50-60 minutes long with the intital consultation being 90 minutes.
